96-layer 3D NAND SSDs from Innodisk

Innodisk’s NAND Flash product range is now being expanded to include industrial 96-layer 3D NAND memories. The solid-state drives (SSDs) are characterized by high capacities at a low cost factor. The product range includes the SATA 3TG6-P and 3TE7 series as well as the PCIe Gen series. 3 x4 3TG6-P and 3TE6. The SSDs are available in capacities from 64 GB to 4 TB with competitive prices for 2.5 "SATA, M.2 (2242 and 2280) and mSATA form factors. The integrated technologies such as iCell, AES / TCG Opal, Quick Erase and iSLC guarantee very good performance and high reliability for the 96-layer 3D NAND solutions.The solutions are designed for 3,000 P / E cycles and, according to the manufacturer, replace the previous generation of 3D TLCs when upgraded.
